We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Service Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of our specialized equipment used in biotechnology processes. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and have a keen understanding of service operations and customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of sophisticated biotechnology equipment at client sites.
Provide on-site technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime for clients.
Maintain accurate service records, including equipment performance logs, repair histories, and parts inventory.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide effective solutions and support to customers.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during all service operations.
Proactively identify potential equipment issues and recommend preventive maintenance measures.
