Field Service Engineer - Live Events

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our advanced technical equipment at various live event venues globally. You will work closely with event production teams, clients, and internal engineering departments to ensure all technical systems operate flawlessly before, during, and after events. This position requires extensive travel and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and commission complex audio-visual, lighting, and staging systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, preventative checks, and emergency repairs on equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime during events.
• Collaborate with event managers, technical directors, and crew to ensure successful event execution.
• Provide on-site technical support and training to clients and event staff.
• Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and inventory of equipment.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company protocols.
