Field Service Technician - Agro Equipment

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Field Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of agricultural equipment used in the application of our agrochemical products across various farm locations in India. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to ensuring optimal performance of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, calibrate, and commission new agrochemical application equipment at customer sites.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative servicing on various types of agricultural machinery and sprayers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with equipment.
• Repair and replace faulty components, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to farmers and end-users on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records, including parts used, labor hours, and work performed.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and environmental regulations.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools in the service vehicle.
