Field Service Technician - ATM & POS Maintenance

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of ATM machines and Point of Sale (POS) terminals across various locations in India. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of our payment infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on ATM machines and POS devices.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues related to ATMs and POS terminals.
- Repair and replace faulty components, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
- Install new ATM machines and POS systems, including configuration and testing.
- Respond to service calls and emergency repair requests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and time spent.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Provide basic user support and training on ATM and POS functionalities.
- Collaborate with the central technical support team to resolve complex issues.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools at the service location.
