Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and technically skilled Field Technician to join our network infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network hardware and telecommunication equipment at various corporate client sites across India. This role requires hands-on experience with network devices and a commitment to ensuring optimal network performance and uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and commission new network hardware, including routers, switches, modems, and other telecommunication equipment at customer premises.
2. Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on existing network infrastructure to ensure continuous operation.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and connectivity issues reported by clients or identified through monitoring systems.
4. Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
5. Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and inventory of equipment.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding hardware and network services.
7. Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions.
