Film Director - Engineering & Construction (0-1 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Film Director with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate with a passion for visual storytelling and a keen interest in the engineering and construction industry. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing short films, promotional videos, and internal communication content that highlights our projects, capabilities, and company culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and engineering teams to understand project objectives and develop compelling video concepts.
- Create storyboards, shot lists, and scripts for various video projects.
- Direct and manage on-site and studio film shoots, ensuring adherence to creative vision and technical requirements.
- Oversee all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production, including editing, sound design, and color correction.
- Ensure all video content aligns with L&T's brand guidelines and messaging.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in filmmaking and digital media.
