Film Director - Recruitment / Staffing (Thane)

Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Film Director with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thane. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM background who has a passion for visual storytelling and a keen understanding of marketing communications within the recruitment and staffing industry. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing video content that enhances our brand presence and attracts top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop creative concepts for video projects, including corporate videos, recruitment campaigns, and social media content.
- Write scripts and storyboards, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of video production, including location scouting, equipment selection, and crew management.
- Direct and guide cast and crew during filming to achieve the desired artistic vision.
- Oversee post-production processes, including editing, color correction, sound design, and visual effects.
- Ensure all video content is delivered on time and within budget.
