Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Film Producer to conceptualize, develop, and execute high-quality film projects that align with Vardhman Exports' brand identity and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of film production, from pre-production through post-production, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of storytelling and visual communication, capable of translating business goals into compelling cinematic content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop film concepts and proposals that align with company objectives and target audiences.
• Manage all phases of film production, including budgeting, scheduling, casting, and location scouting.
• Oversee script development, storyboarding, and shot lists.
• Direct and manage production crews, ensuring creative vision and technical quality.
• Coordinate with post-production teams for editing, sound design, visual effects, and color grading.
• Ensure all production activities comply with legal requirements, permits, and insurance.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, talent agencies, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions.
• Contribute to marketing and distribution strategies for the produced films.
