Film Producer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Film Producer with an M.Des degree and 2-5 years of experience to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This role will be instrumental in conceptualizing, developing, and executing high-quality video content that effectively communicates our brand story, technological innovations, and commitment to sustainable water and waste management solutions. You will translate complex technical concepts into compelling visual narratives for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and pitch creative concepts for video projects, aligning with the company's marketing and communication objectives.
- Manage all aspects of video production from pre-production (scriptwriting, storyboarding, budgeting, scheduling) to production (filming, directing) and post-production (editing, sound design, color correction).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, and management teams, to ensure accurate representation of technical information and brand messaging.
- Source and manage external resources, such as freelance videographers, editors, animators, and voice-over artists.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of all video assets.
- Utilize design thinking principles and a strong aesthetic sensibility, honed through an M.Des, to create visually engaging and impactful content.
- Produce a variety of video formats, including corporate explainers, case studies, testimonials, social media clips, and promotional videos.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in filmmaking, digital media, and water/waste management communication.
