Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual with a unique background in Design to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of experience who can leverage their design thinking and analytical skills to enhance financial processes, reporting, and internal communications within our NBFC operations. You will bridge the gap between financial data and visual representation, making complex information accessible and actionable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement, applying design thinking principles.
- Develop visually compelling financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with finance teams to understand their data needs and translate them into intuitive and user-friendly visual formats.
- Design and create infographics, charts, and diagrams to explain financial performance, budgets, and forecasts.
- Contribute to the development of user interfaces for internal financial tools and platforms, ensuring an intuitive user experience.
- Assist in financial data reconciliation and validation, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Support the accounting team with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in both finance and design, and apply them to enhance departmental efficiency.
