Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting professional to join our dynamic team. This role will involve supporting various financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices within the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and journal entries.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives within the finance department.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting standards and regulations.
