Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance and Accounting team as a Finance & Accounting Associate. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.A. in a relevant field and 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance operations. You will be instrumental in supporting our day-to-day financial activities and contributing to the smooth functioning of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Help in the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data integrity.
- Perform ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned.
