Finance Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Executive to join our early-stage startup. This role will be instrumental in establishing and managing our financial operations, driving strategic financial planning, and ensuring the fiscal health of the company. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop financial models, manage budgets, oversee accounting, and contribute to fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement robust financial strategies and policies.
• Manage all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations.
• Support fundraising activities, including due diligence and investor reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Identify and implement financial process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
