We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team in Kolkata. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a Diploma in Finance or Accounting and 0-1 years of experience. You will gain hands-on experience in various financial operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of the finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and payment reconciliation.
Support the preparation of financial reports and statements under supervision.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Help with bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
Assist in audit preparations and compliance activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information.
Learn and apply accounting principles and company policies.
