Finance Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our hotel in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting within the hospitality sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the annual budget and forecast for the hotel.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets.
- Collaborate with department heads to drive profitability and cost control.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities.
