Finance Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations of our fast-growing insurance startup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring the financial health and strategic growth of the company. This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance industry and startup environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards (e.g., Indian GAAP, IFRS).
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.
• Implement and improve financial systems and processes.
• Support fundraising activities and investor relations from a financial perspective.
