We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our growing FinTech startup. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial operations, driving financial strategy, and ensuring the financial health and compliance of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans aligned with the company's growth objectives.
• Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards in India.
• Manage cash flow, optimize working capital, and ensure adequate funding for operations.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.
