Role Summary:
Pratham Education Foundation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to oversee its financial operations. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the organization's financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance, ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources to support Pratham's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, working closely with program teams.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and donor requirements.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, cash management, and payroll.
Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
Provide financial guidance and support to the senior management team.
Contribute to strategic financial planning and decision-making.
