Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Finance professional with a unique background to join our team in Chennai. This role will be instrumental in supporting various financial operations, with a specific focus on areas that intersect with our pharmaceutical and chemical research and development within the agricultural sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Pharma education and 1-3 years of finance experience to contribute to strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the financial planning and budgeting process, particularly for R&D initiatives related to agrochemicals and biopesticides.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on the cost-effectiveness of new product development and research projects.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends relevant to the agricultural science sector.
Support in compliance and regulatory reporting, ensuring adherence to financial standards within the pharmaceutical and agricultural industries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and marketing, to understand financial implications of their activities.
Assist in managing working capital and optimizing financial processes.
