Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance professional to join our growing team. This role will support various financial operations, contribute to strategic financial planning, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements within our Indian operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and provide insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and relevant tax regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed.
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
