Role Summary:

This role is ideal for an individual with a strong academic background (M.Sc.) and a passion for finance and program management within the banking sector. You will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of key financial initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of financial project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Track and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and technology, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of program management processes and methodologies.
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.
