Job Description
Role Summary:
Amcor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Program Manager to join our global finance team. This role will be responsible for leading and managing complex, cross-functional finance projects and programs that drive strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial processes, project management methodologies, and a proven track record of successful program delivery within a large, multinational organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of finance-related programs and projects from initiation to closure.
* Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
* Develop and manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
* Identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, operations, and commercial.
* Provide regular program status updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and executive leadership.
* Ensure adherence to Amcor's financial policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within finance processes and program management practices.
* Manage external vendor relationships and contracts as required for program delivery.
* Support the development and implementation of new financial systems and tools.
