Finance Program Manager

Role Summary: The Finance Program Manager will oversee and drive the execution of key financial initiatives and projects within Avendus Capital. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, contributing to the firm's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for financial initiatives, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between finance, operations, technology, and business units.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, compliance requirements, and internal policies.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency gains within financial operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to financial projects.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for financial programs.
