Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance Program Manager to oversee and manage complex financial programs within our dynamic telecom/ISP organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the financial planning, execution, and reporting of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the financial planning and budgeting process for assigned programs, including forecasting, resource allocation, and cost management.
Develop and implement financial controls and reporting mechanisms to track program performance against budget and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze financial data, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Manage program budgets, ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and technology, to ensure successful program delivery.
Oversee financial aspects of vendor contracts and procurement processes related to programs.
Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
