Finance Project Head

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Project Head to lead critical financial initiatives within our dynamic gaming startup. This role will be instrumental in shaping our financial operations, driving efficiency, and supporting our rapid growth. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing financial projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while coordinating with stakeholders on project status and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major finance projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and financial reporting enhancements.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Product, Marketing) to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
- Ensure projects adhere to company policies, financial regulations, and best practices.
- Manage external vendors and consultants involved in finance projects.
- Track project performance and provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.
- Facilitate change management and ensure successful adoption of new financial processes and systems.
