Finance Project Head

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Project Head to lead and manage critical financial projects within our Indian operations. This role will be instrumental in driving financial efficiency, implementing new financial systems and processes, and ensuring successful project delivery from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of finance, project management methodologies, and the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of various finance-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Liaise with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, finance teams, and external vendors, to provide project updates and gather requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial project management.
