We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Finance Project Head with a B.Pharma background to join our Ahmedabad team. This role is ideal for a professional with 2-4 years of experience who can manage and execute finance-related projects within the professional services domain. You will be instrumental in driving project success, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage finance projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with project objectives and business goals.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and client stakeholders, to define project scope and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies throughout project execution.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Apply pharmaceutical industry insights to financial project management where applicable.
