Finance Project Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager to oversee and execute various financial projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Finance Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and deliverables, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple finance-related projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and scheduling.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, IT, and operations, to ensure project success.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and best practices.
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned for future projects.
