Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Project Manager to lead and manage critical finance-related projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and successful implementation of financial initiatives that support strategic business objectives in the Gems & Jewellery sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for finance projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, IT, and business stakeholders, to achieve project goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
- Manage project scope and change control processes.
- Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
- Oversee the implementation of new financial systems, processes, or reporting tools.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned.
