We are seeking a dedicated Finance Project Manager with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial aspects of complex railway projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution. This role requires a unique blend of financial acumen and a strong understanding of project management principles, with a specific advantage given to candidates with a background in pharmaceuticals or life sciences, enabling a nuanced approach to specialized project finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned railway projects.
- Track project expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects remain within budget.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support project decision-making and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
- Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and local regulations.
- Leverage M.Pharma background to understand and manage financial implications specific to specialized components or regulatory aspects within railway projects.
