Finance Teacher

Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Finance Teacher to join our growing team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of financial concepts and a desire to educate aspiring finance professionals. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons, developing curriculum, and mentoring students. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree and 5 years of experience in finance or a related field, with a proven ability to explain complex financial topics clearly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive finance courses, covering topics such as financial accounting, corporate finance, investment analysis, and financial markets.
- Develop engaging lesson plans, presentations, and teaching materials tailored to students with diverse backgrounds.
- Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and track student progress.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the financial industry and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment, encouraging student participation and critical thinking.
- Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance the learning experience, especially leveraging your BCA background for tech-enabled teaching.
- Provide one-on-one guidance and support to students, addressing their queries and career aspirations in finance.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve course content and delivery methods.
