Finance Teacher (3-4 Yrs) | Bangalore

Role Summary:
ONGC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Teacher to join our training and development team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles and corporate finance, coupled with the ability to effectively impart knowledge to employees within the Oil & Gas sector. This role requires a candidate with 3-4 years of relevant experience and an Any Postgraduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules on various finance topics relevant to the Oil & Gas industry, including financial accounting, management accounting, corporate finance, financial analysis, and risk management.
- Design and implement effective training methodologies, including lectures, case studies, group discussions, and interactive workshops.
- Assess the learning progress of trainees and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and regulations in finance and the energy sector to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress.
- Foster a positive and conducive learning environment for all participants.
