We are seeking a passionate and innovative Finance Teacher with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Vadodara. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering engaging finance curriculum tailored to the FMCG sector. Your M.Des background will bring a unique perspective to teaching complex financial concepts, making them accessible and relevant to aspiring professionals within our organization. You will foster a dynamic learning environment that encourages critical thinking and practical application of financial principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive finance training modules, focusing on areas relevant to the FMCG industry (e.g., cost accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and investment appraisal).
Design creative and interactive learning materials, leveraging your M.Des expertise to enhance visual communication and engagement.
Assess student learning through various methods, including assignments, projects, and presentations, providing constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in finance and FMCG, integrating them into the curriculum.
Facilitate workshops and seminars to impart financial knowledge and skills to employees at different levels.
Contribute to the development of a strong financial acumen culture within the organization.
