Finance Teacher - MNC (Mangalore)

We are seeking a motivated Finance Teacher with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a BCA degree and a strong understanding of financial principles, with the ability to impart this knowledge effectively to a diverse audience within our organization. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and informative training sessions on core financial concepts, accounting principles, and budgeting to employees across various departments.

Develop and update training materials, including presentations, case studies, and assessments, tailored to the specific needs of the pharmaceutical industry.

Assess the financial literacy of employees and identify areas requiring further training or support.

Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance to employees on financial matters relevant to their roles.

Stay abreast of current financial regulations and industry best practices in India and incorporate them into training programs.

Collaborate with HR and departmental heads to understand training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Maintain accurate records of training attendance and employee progress.
