Financial Accountant

EduSolutions Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Accountant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations within the education sector. This role requires a strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Assist in the development and management of annual budgets.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Support internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the education sector is a plus.
