Financial Accountant - Courier / Logistics (3-5 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Accountant with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree to join our finance team in Jaipur. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial records within the dynamic courier and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of financial principles, coupled with legal acumen derived from their LLB.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitor financial performance against these plans.
- Conduct financial analysis, identify variances, and provide insights to management.
- Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure the company's adherence.
- Leverage legal knowledge from LLB to interpret contracts, understand financial implications of legal clauses, and assist in dispute resolution related to financial matters.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data capture and reporting.
