Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Financial Accountant with 3-4 years of experience to join our finance team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting software and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and company policies.
Support internal and external audits.
Process journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information.
Utilize accounting software and ERP systems for daily operations.
