Role Summary: The Financial Advisor will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance and strategic advice to the CRPF, ensuring sound financial management, resource allocation, and compliance with all financial regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of public sector finance, budgeting, and investment strategies within the context of a large government organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the CRPF's operational and long-term objectives.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for various departments and projects.

Ensure compliance with government financial regulations, audit requirements, and accounting standards.

About CRPF
The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) is the primary central police force of the Union of India for assisting police to maintain law and order and combat insurgency. It is one of the largest paramilitary forces in the world, with a strength of over 300,000 personnel. Established in 1939 as the Crown Representative's Police, it was renamed the CRPF in 1949. The Force has grown into a multi-dimensional force, undertaking a wide range of duties including counter-insurgency, anti-terrorism, VIP security, election duties, and disaster management.
