Financial Advisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Financial Advisor to join our dynamic team at Larsen & Toubro. The ideal candidate will provide expert financial guidance and strategic advice to support the company's financial objectives and operational efficiency within our manufacturing and production divisions across India. This role requires a deep understanding of corporate finance, investment strategies, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and strategies aligned with L&T's business goals.
- Analyze financial data, market trends, and economic conditions to provide informed recommendations.
- Advise on investment opportunities, capital allocation, and financial risk management.
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and corporate policies.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize financial performance and resource utilization.
- Conduct due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
- Provide guidance on taxation, insurance, and other financial matters.
- Monitor and evaluate the financial health of projects and business units.
