Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Advisor to join our dynamic finance team at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. The Financial Advisor will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance and strategic advice to various business units, ensuring optimal financial performance and compliance with regulatory standards within the Indian healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Analyze financial data, market trends, and economic conditions to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Advise on investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Ensure compliance with Indian financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and external consultants.
- Evaluate financial risk and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide guidance on financial planning and wealth management for employees, if applicable.
