Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Advisor to join our dynamic team within the Infrastructure, Transport & Real Estate division. The successful candidate will provide expert financial guidance and strategic advice to support the company's growth and profitability in its various projects and ventures across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations for investment opportunities in infrastructure, transport, and real estate projects.
Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support project planning and execution.
Advise on financial structuring, funding mechanisms, and risk management strategies for large-scale projects.
Conduct due diligence on potential partners, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
Monitor project financial performance against budget and identify variances, recommending corrective actions.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, external financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
