Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Advisor with 1-3 years of experience to join our corporate finance team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, preferably with an MCA degree, and a keen understanding of financial principles. You will be instrumental in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions within our building materials conglomerate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide insights.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as required.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
