Financial Analyst - Architecture & Design

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in supporting the financial operations of our architecture and interior design divisions. You will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and providing key insights to management to drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and a passion for the creative industries.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers of variance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations and ad-hoc analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
• Provide financial support and guidance to project managers and divisional leaders.
