Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Controller to oversee all financial operations of our rapidly growing railway startup. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and experience in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
