Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and analytical Financial Controller with 3-4 years of experience, ideally holding an LLM degree, to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role requires a strong understanding of financial regulations, corporate finance, and the pulp and paper industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and compliance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure internal controls and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations.
- Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and ensure adequate liquidity.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Support strategic financial decision-making and business planning.
- Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and tax laws.
