Financial Controller - 3-5 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Financial Controller with 3-5 years of experience to oversee the financial operations of our Surat plant. This role requires a strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, suitable for individuals who have completed their 12th standard and possess relevant practical experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to targets.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely cash flow management.
- Assist in internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Prepare various financial reports for management review.
- Support the Senior Finance Manager in day-to-day financial activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.
