We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Financial Controller with a Diploma in accounting or finance to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role is crucial for overseeing the financial operations of our management consulting startup, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in financial management and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.

Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

Support internal and external audits.

Implement and maintain internal financial controls.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
