Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Crime Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will hold an M.Com degree and possess a strong understanding of financial regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) principles. You will play a crucial role in identifying, investigating, and mitigating financial crime risks within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial crime prevention policies and procedures.
- Conduct transaction monitoring and analysis to identify suspicious activities and potential fraud.
- Investigate alerts generated by monitoring systems and escalate findings to senior management.
- Prepare detailed reports on financial crime investigations, including findings and recommendations.
- Support compliance efforts related to AML, KYC (Know Your Customer), and CFT (Combating the Financing of Terrorism).
- Stay updated on evolving financial crime trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Operations) to address financial crime risks.
- Participate in risk assessments and control testing activities.
