Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and analytical Financial Crime Analyst to join our growing team. This role will be crucial in safeguarding our company's financial integrity by identifying, investigating, and mitigating financial crime risks within our operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of financial regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor transactions and customer activities for suspicious patterns indicative of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes.
Conduct thorough investigations into flagged transactions and potential financial crime activities.
Prepare detailed Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and other regulatory filings as required.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the company's financial crime prevention framework.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Operations) to address and resolve financial crime risks.
Stay updated on evolving financial crime trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
Assist in training employees on financial crime awareness and prevention.
