Job Description
As a Financial Crime Analyst with 2-3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding BYJU'S assets and reputation by identifying, investigating, and preventing financial crime activities. This role is ideal for a BA graduate with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of financial regulations and risk management principles within the Indian context.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to mitigate financial crime risks, including fraud, anti-money laundering (AML), and corruption.
Conduct investigations into suspicious activities and transactions, gathering evidence and documenting findings.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies indicative of financial crime.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Operations) to address and resolve financial crime issues.
Support the preparation of reports for management and regulatory bodies as required.
Stay updated on relevant Indian financial crime regulations and best practices.
